Selects a comprehensive evaluation method of value engineering method, analytic hierarchy process method and expert scoring method to study the reformation and reuse scheme optimization of coal-fired boilers in old industrial areas. Firstly, establishes the reformation and reuse evaluation model of coal-fired boilers based on the value engineering evaluation method. Secondly, adopts the analytic hierarchy process method and the expert scoring method to determine the weights of general function evaluation indexes. Thirdly, calculates the life cycle costs of different schemes. Finally, evaluates the quality of different schemes through the calculation and comparison of value coefficients. The application example proves the rationality of the comprehensive evaluation method, which provides a reference for the reformation and reuse scheme optimization of coal-fired boilers.
